Scope, test method and acceptance criteria are agreed per project; no certification, waterproof rating or fixed performance result is invented.
Translate a sketch, reference or tech pack into a pattern and bill-of-material direction for review.
Check loaded movement, waist-range fit, elastic recovery, pocket access and pressure distribution against an agreed sample plan.
Develop retention and access around buyer-supplied soft flasks or bottles, including filled-load balance checks.
Review stretch textiles, ripstop, power mesh, spacer mesh, coated fabrics and recycled-material sources against the brief.
Discuss coated materials, waterproof zipper options and seam-taped compartments without overstating a finished product’s protection.
Develop elastic, buckles, zipper pullers, reflective details, logo methods, labels and retail packaging.
Record comments and revise agreed construction, fit, materials, graphics and packing details before approval.
Use incoming, first-piece, in-line, final-function, logo, packing and carton-mark checks with export communication.
Buyer questions
Answers covering customization, materials, sampling, buyers, test planning and tech-pack submission.
Pattern, capacity, waist range, pocket layout, bottle or flask position, elastic, buckles, zipper pullers, reflective details, colors, logo methods, labels and packaging can be developed around an approved brief.
Project options can include stretch woven nylon, ripstop, polyester, power mesh, spacer mesh, coated textiles, stock or custom elastic, buckles and zipper systems. Recycled or GRS-source options require document and supplier review for the specific order.
Send a reference, sketch or tech pack. The factory reviews construction and materials, prepares a sample, records comments and revises agreed points before a pre-production specification is approved.
The range is intended for running brands, sports retailers, clubs, race organizers, promotional programs, importers and private-label product teams.
The sample plan can cover loaded movement checks, waist-range fitting, elastic recovery, body-contact comfort, sweat exposure and project-specific spray or water-entry checks. Test scope and acceptance criteria must be agreed for each product.
Use the RFQ form to upload a PDF, image, spreadsheet or ZIP, or email the brief to info@cappuccinobag.net with target quantity, market, materials, logo and timing.
MOQ depends on material and customization. Stock materials, custom-dyed textiles, molded hardware, logo methods and packaging can have different minimums, so the factory confirms MOQ after reviewing the project.
