A physical PT002 sample is developed against the approved brief. Fit, structure, access, materials, branding and packaging comments are recorded before approval.

Bulk production

Bulk production begins only after the required sample and order details are confirmed. Sampling and production lead times are confirmed after design, material and order requirements are reviewed.

Quality control

Quality control for PT002 can include incoming-material review, first-piece confirmation, in-line workmanship checks, functional checks against the approved sample, logo and color review, final inspection, packing verification and carton-mark checks. Project-specific tests must be agreed in advance.

Sustainability

Recycled shell and lining options plus a removable mat and fold-flat packing direction can reduce material and shipping volume where the specification permits.
